Emergency Equipment Rental Agreement (EERA)

The combination of the FYREBX and Compact Track Loader can be utilized by municipal, state, and national agencies by contracting them for services. The U.S. Forest Service has created and uses this form of Emergency Equipment Rental Agreement (EERA) to hire the FYREBX / CTL combination. This EERA is on the Federal AIMS system for use by the Contracting Officer.
